As you know, the Xtreme Pong Association has restarted. Here are a few announcements:
-Due to disputes, the results of Season 4 have been wiped clean.
-Grant has been promoted to co-commisioner with me.
-The commisioners and Reid are working on a logo for the league too.
-All complainers will be whipped.
-If a ball goes into an out-of-bounds area without bouncing, it is out. Otherwise, it is fair and will be counted as a point.

Here are the rules for the XPA.
-The game is played on a cement floor, using standard ping pong paddles and balls.
-The games are played to eleven points, winning by two.

-No spiking the ball.
-No "bobbling" the ball, or bouncing it up and down on the paddle.
-A player may not cross into opponent's side of the court.
-If the ball touches a spectator, the point is re-done.
-If the ball goes into an out-of-bounds area without bouncing, it is out. Otherwise, it is fair and will be counted as a point.
